Products Covered and Duration of Warranty

This Limited Warranty of SkyeTent Vehicle Adventure Gear applies to products manufactured or distributed by SkyeTent Vehicle Adventure Gear.  The product purchased shall be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment by SkyeTent Vehicle Adventure Gear. Warranty period of 12 months unless otherwise specified, all parts carry a warranty period of 12 month.

What to do for  WARRANTY and SERVICE

Ø Contact us via Email at info@skyetent.com with details of your issue.

Ø We require the purchase date, A copy of receipt 

Ø Send a clear images of the issue 

Ø You will need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number 

Ø Items without RMA Number will be rejected

Ø Package the product for its return in its original package

Ø Ship the item at your cost back to SkyeTent Vehicle Adventure Gear addressed we provide to you with RMA number.

On return of the product and inspection we find that a product failed due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, without charge.

This warranty does not include charges for shipping, crating, taxes or additional charges for upgrading to a higher model.
