Shipping Policy
Shipment time--All orders are processed within 2-5 business days UNLESS otherwise noted in the product. Rooftop tents have longer shipping and processing times. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be on back order or delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If a significant delay in shipment of your order, Our Team will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery --Shipping charges for your order is Free Shipping to Canada & USA (Unless specified at checkout Flat fee $250.00) not including customs fee, tax, duties if shipping international and customer / purchaser is fully responsible for payment before delivery. Rooftop tents are delivered to your Billing address or to your local shipping hub, for residential delivery there is a possible $80.00 fee. We do ship all our products outside Canada/USA. Delivery delays--Ship date is only an estimate. It is not guaranteed that the order will be shipped before or after this date. We do our best to keep you informed on delivery delay information
Roof Top Tents--Shipping is limited to Canada and within the lower 48 states. If outside these markers please email us for a quote info@skyetent.com
Extra charges, Customs, Duties and Taxes--SkyeTent Vehicle Adventure Gear is not responsible for any fees imposed to your order during or after shipping. Any liftgate or delivery driver assist and all customs fee, duties and taxes applied to your order are customer responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages-- If your Items show up damaged, be sure to note all damages with pictures and with the delivery company’s driver in writing and make sure you have a copy of this document and do not sine for the item except Just the delivery. , note all you see wrong on the documents before any signature, or even refuse the shipment. Once the delivery company’s driver gains a signature without any notations of damage, we will not be able to file a claim with the freight company and you will be responsible for the item. All Claims must be reported to SkyeTent Vehicle Adventure Gear no longer than 2 days after receiving the Item. IF REPORTED AFTER 2 DAYS Skyetent Vehicle Adventure Gear WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTCOME OFF CLAIM
